I only discovered that I like avocados a few months ago and now I am addicted to avocado toast.
My problem is what to do with half an avocado when you haven’t eaten the entire thing.

I have tried plastic sandwich bags, and wrapping it tightly in Saran Wrap but neither really work.

I recently purchased an avocado holder or storage container but I haven’t used it yet.
