It appears that Chile's brand spanking new ENL or NLC (National Lithium Company) is quite similar to Mexico's brand spanking new Lithium Nationalization strategy.

First, you will be diplomatically evasive on specifying how much the government's partnering share in new lithium projects will be while continually only saying "it will be fair" in a way that sounds soothing/acceptable French wet-kissing our ears unlike your predecessor Marcela Hernando who when she said the same thing in her shrill screeching voice made every Whitey's askhole tighten to the point you couldn't even shove a thin drinking straw up it.

Second, you (ie the leftists/communista in Chile) will try valiantly to entice a 40 to 50 or so gullible Whitey investors (at PDAC Canada) into investing some US$15,000,000 to $30,000,000 locally each on engineering/consulting/testing/room-board/staff-expenses for "exploration permits" in each of some 50 potential lithium sites (TBD) in Chile which I can already tell you will not have near the lithium concentrations per liter of our Maricunga Project with the promise of future deliberately poorly-defined private lithium tenders however once again subject to immediate cancellation (see superfine teeny-tiny print in the auction announcement) most likely just before the award ceremony ala BYD & Errázuriz Groupo fiasco in April 2022 with Marcela Hernando's sit-on-her-hands let-them-drown non-help to BYD & Errázuriz Groupo.

Third, you will blow smoke up theasses of 20 or 25 of these "culled" Whitey investors for a year or two to spend another $20,000,000 to $35,000,000 on perfecting feasibility studies and engineering designs (including all proprietary designs) for the top 10 finalist lithium projects which you will demand to see all the copies of "for coordination" efforts/work with your new cadre of mostly female (says female on their IDs) recently graduated card-carrying leftist/commie engineers.

Fourth, you (ie the leftists/communista in Chile) will outright steal these designs at the 11th hour, sign a deal with the Federation of Copper Workers (FTC) union to surprise-surprise build the new lithium mines, and convince Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric to forego the next US$2,000,000,000 contribution from Codelco in 2024-2025 for social welfare programs while you all instead let poor Chilean citizens take another early-payout on their AFP pension programs and then redirect that $2B largess money from Codelco into trying to start up the top 2 or 3 newly-designed lithium mines from the initial 50 projects you presented to Whitey using the NLC charade... much like Mexico is attempting now.

I may have a couple items improperly delineated, but perhaps you can spend a few hours tidying up your new NLC plan before you head to PDAC in Canada looking for fresh gullible lithium Whitey investors and extend the simple courtesy to brief us old-time lithium investors long here in Chile (eg Lithium Chile inc, Wealth Minerals Ltd, SIMCO, LPI) who have been waiting over 10 years on your doorstep in Chile to get a chance to mine lithium.
