With this Press Release on placement funding.

Watch the tape very closely and maintain a watch position. Wait for the S-1, which the company said will be within 30 days.

There is no doubt that the funding will be tied to an Equity financial structure that will increase the O/S and in my prognosis, will be an increase of around 45m shares, bumping up the O/S to around 475/500m. This will be dilutive no matter how it is structured.

This issue is now a wait and see, in other words, be careful and watch this and if the need to average down look for lower lows.
