We all thought any talk of you guys (by the Ministry of Mining) reverting back to Pinera/Jobet type "private tenders" on selling Lithium licenses was verboten and it is impossible in this mumbo jumbo Nueva Mineria y Energia story apparently written by a 5th grade beaner to figure out what you are going to announce exactly in Canada at the next PDAC convention.

Willy, if you are going to tease the possibly of returning Chile's Lithium mining industry to some semblance of progressive sanity/normality with Whitey-type industry-proven "private tenders" then take a few minutes out of your busy schedule and tell us exactly what this new "private tenders" program is basically going to look like.
