The Inspector General of the FDA (or equivalent person with another title) finally finished the investigation of the Aduhelm fiasco. The conclusion was that Dunn clearly had been in Biogen's pocket, although the IG does not actually ask for Dunn's personal back accounts. So no criminal prosecution of course, no Federal bureaucrat ever gets prosecuted for anything, no matter now criminal. They are in a separate class from "the People".

That said, Dunn made the key mistake of being so blatant that the People noticed and FDA took damage to its credibility. For this crime, Dunn received the highest sentence possible for a Federal bureaucrat, he was told to retire and "explore other opportunities". For his crime , he will not get his full pension as he had to leave early. Who says there is no justice for the bureaucracy?
