For sure . If Denner wins , PWO is probably gone . I'd be really surprised if PWO even wanted to stick around given all the " trash talking " going on recently.
As a side note .
There were around 330,000 PCI's performed in Germany last yr. Yet Germany will not currently reimburse for Vazkepa despite the R-IT PCI subgroup risk reduction of around 34 % .
Denner ( assuming he gains control ) has to find a way to profitably penetrate this market ...the largest in the EU .
That would be a ( AMRN ) market moving event
