Logic tells me that if Amarin had won, they would have done the equity grants after the results were known. That they did these Form 4s in between the vote close and knowing who won, tells me they know they lost. I could be wrong as we know Amarin has defied logic in so many ways. I just hope this time the logic points to what transpired and we can look forward to changes.
