A friend wanted to buy some MCIC and opened an Ally account but after funding it he found out they won't allow trading stocks below a penny...I know e-trade has no problem with otc stocks under a penny...but was wondering if there are other brokers who have no problem with a stock like MCIC.....can anyone share a list that they know of the will trade this stock......thanks
