I think Anavex met its endpoints in the 2b/3, as announced. I think that that, along with further analysis demonstrating why, even better performance in the 50 mg subset including a meaningful number of absolute improvers (and a good likelihood of the presence of the abeta biomarker), will carry the day to FDA approval without the need for a Phase 3.

I am also grateful that Missling had the good sense not to take an interim peek at the data and endanger this -- as you endlessly beat that dead horse; it was just a grease spot on the ground with some bone dust by the time you were done. (I also believe that kind of peek wasn't even in the trial protocol.)

If there's anyone here who would have easily passed the Stanford marshmallow test, it's Missling. Many posters would flunk even today.
