People should know what they are investing in. For everyone investing here the current facts are:

-We have no inventory to sell.
-We have no cash on hand.
-Our corporate office is temp closed.
-Our only current income is license agreements with another company that our CEO also owns.
-The new marketing company we have engaged with was founded in 2021 and has 3 employees.
-Not 1 contract ever discussed in a company PR has ever materialized.
