My main fear is there is no Transparency regarding these "BK Remote Assets" and to date, for whatever reason, we have never received any "communication' from the mentioned trusts that we, Retail Escrow Holders of WaMu Escrows have beneficial interests in them. As of now it is the proverbial "Fox guarding the Hen-house" as William Kosturos is the Sole Guardian of these trusts as CEO/Manager of those Trusts. The question is: Do we even have any Legal remedies available to us, when we are no longer privy to any day-to-day events occurring with the 'Mgmt/Winding Up' of these Trusts?
