Two things I picked up
1) no mention of Mitsui and only main banks and financial institutions. It looks like Mitsui MOU is no longer proceeding. The mgt should have negotiated with multi parties from the start and not relying purely on Mitsui. Better be late than never I guess.
2) Indirectly criticizing the govt for creating the uncertainty. It is time to be vocal so this is good.
