I'm reading your "analysis" and shaking my head in disbelief. You tether everything to charts but not reality. Trying to gain control of a company through seats on a BOD takes time. Listen to Dr. Denner's interview on this very subject regarding MDCO. It's especially difficult when AMRN just went through refreshment and stonewalled Sarissa from gaining a couple seats.

As far as him announcing his plans he has contacts and is motivated to find a buyer. That’s more of a viable plan than GIA, which is doomed to fail. He'll bring financial discipline and oversight which is sorely needed.
