Or, the CEO might have been all too aware that he was missing his deadline and decided to update since it had been 2 weeks or whatever...

But if he is reading the board, and if he does whatever we say, I want to make sure he reads the following:

Mark, we demand you file a complete Form 10 really soon, produce a hot new Vampirella movie, and make us shareholders a boatload of money!!
