OK! I’ll bite…my thoughts/expectations.

Don’t expect anything significant on the earnings front. Perhaps a token amount ($10-50k) in royalties/commission would be an encouraging sign.
I’ll take a rent hike for our tenant as a positive!

I would hope for an update of some sorts on the “golf venture” since it’s been a year since the original announcement. Also something on the MacB arrangement even if it’s an admission of “It went bust!” Anybody heard anything about Eutectrix?

I don’t think our partners in the MAZE are interested in establishing a manufacturing presence outside of China and they are wary of sharing their technology.

LQMT needs a manufacturing partner in the US to be considered for anything major. So far, we have failed to find anyone willing to front the capital and take the risk…”You Bet Your Job” is the opposite of FOMO.

LQMT a really needs several manufacturing partners…pick one or more from Tesla, Ford, Foxconn for Apple etc and one as the champion for the broader market serving medical, rivets, aerospace but more of a specialty application. Everyone is concerned about the effect of the political situation on any future relationship.

LQMT has some sort of convoluted relationship with Apple. Interesting that Apple attorneys defended the trademark dispute and the use of CIP as a bridge between the companies is a mystery since the details are confidential.

The patents will eventually run out but the key technologies are not in the patents and held as “trade secrets” so the patent issue is irrelevant.

I don’t think Lugee Li purchased LQMT for the patents although the combination of his patents and LQMT’s patents lend a certain credibility to owning the technology. I do think the purchase of LQMT was a way to get closer to Apple,

Zirconium is a concern for domestic manufacture since the US has none and China is the main producer. We would end up purchasing from Sanxiang which wouldn’t be a comfortable situation long term.

I’m cutting this off since it has no logical end point.
