Exactly 2 years ago today (and one month after naming himself as the sole officer with the SOS) Eddie filed the first disclosures for BDGR. That first disclosure stated:

For the period for the period ending June 31, 2019.
Shares Authorized: 30,000,000,000
Shares Outstanding: 22,091,666,667

However, on 2/8/21 he increased the A/S to 40 billion with the SOS. When asked why he "acquired" such a bloated pig he yapped something about it being part of a grand scheme to build a giant crypto membership in cahoots with parent PRPM. As usual it was a giant failure.

As of today the A/S is 40 billion and the O/S is 35 billion.
