Seems as though we are the only shareholders who care to have a dialogue or offer our thoughts on HERO. Channels w/ mgt. have all but vaporized.
No IR in place to handle shareholder questions and provide company updates. No PR's since the 1st of Dec.
I'm sure a lot is going on behind closed doors and we are not privy to those discussions or negotiations. There are other grower companies in Michigan that produce revenue but not publicly traded. A merger w/ HERO would place them publicly and would provide HERO w/ revenue now
The Vassar site has to be developed/built out.
I think that the news alone w/ adequate PR would push our PPS. I do not care who the surviving company will be as long as HERO has a seat at the table. Anything is better than our current stalemate ie. no volume and a dead price.
Many missteps last year but at least we did find and secure the site in Vassar w/ township supervisors eager to work w/ growers. I have talked w/ the Vassar staff a few times and watched the Planning Mtg. UTUBE. They are real.
My lines of communication w/ mgt. have all but evaporated .
W/o lines of communication, we can only speculate as to the next steps.
i still believe that large investors want to see either their $ back to breakeven or better yet see their $ back w/ a 10X attached.. We all have enough write offs another is not wanted. So back to the original premise. STONED OR STUPID !!!. I do not believe either supposition. Management is capable to do the work to deliver to shareholders. That I am convinced . However as Richard Nixon said in one of his speeches in 1968, The time as come to climb the mountain so they we see the glory of the dawn.
We have been in the darkness WAY TO LONG.
We have sent out SOS to other shareholders but I guess that they don't care if the ship sinks. I'm not ready to go down w/ this ship.
This ship can turn around in a few and consistant large block buyers ( w/ MGT. support )hitting the ASK and then staying the course.
As I have ask MGT. " What happens next " ???????? .
