Hi Vodka, Anyhow the end game of that post , if you barrow on stock (25-50%) WITH A DIV is to get the loan at/around 50% of the stock/s DIV so the stock keeps accumulating/ increasing shs amounts and the loan % is deductible ,anywhichway THAT All SEEMS MOOT AS OF THIS POST for all faithfuls
