And what about the Tih Thanh loans?

From the amended 10Q for the quarter ending 30 September 2022:

During the quarter ended September 30, 2022, the Company issued the following short-term notes: $180,000 with Alvah & Doris Veit Foundation for administrative fees paid on behalf of the Company in connection with a financing program, $54,959 with two shareholders, $25,000 with Legacy Environmental Solutions, and $50,000 with Tin Thanh Group. The balance of these new short-term notes as of September 30, 2022 was $299,959.

From the 10Q for the quarter ending 31 December 2022:

During the quarter ended December 31, 2022, the Company issued the following short-term notes; $155,000 with Tin Thanh Group, $100,000 with Tristina Lam and $8,500 with Steve Truong. The balance of short-term notes as of December 31, 2022 was $950,880.

Those two amounts sum to 205,000 which we can match up to:

From the 8K of 15 January 2023 with regards to the fourth amendment to the Tin Thanh purchase agreement:

1.2 Repayment of loans. PGG covenants to repay the outstanding principal amounts currently due TTG totaling Two Hundred Five Thousand U.S. Dollars (USD 205,000) and Twenty-Eight Thousand EUR (28,000 EUR) plus accrued and unpaid interest before February 10, 2023, irrespective of the Closing of said Stock Transfer Agreement

Big PHIL has never struck me as being eager to repay debts. Curious as to the status of this.
