FTA: "Under the terms of the agreement, Covetrus has exclusive rights to sell the GluCurve Pet CGM as a co-branded product to veterinary clinics throughout the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries."

I trust that this exclusivity is performance based, because if Covetrus doesn't market the h3ll out of the product, ALRT is going to need some new partners.
