Agreed. There is nothing currently binding Tradition to be wholly owned by and operating under the 'business' named Aqua Power Systems. APSI and Carnes can say all they want with documents that say APSI bought this company "Tradition"... but no where on any of their public facing elements does Tradition recognize APSI. Not even a footnote.

So APSI is still a shell trying to get uplisted and solely being used as vehicle for funding. Perhaps they have big plans, and once the shell is in the proper placement and well funded, then all of Tradition will operate under APSI and not risk their public appearance during this risky strategy to become a publicly traded company. Just a guess, but there is likely some kind of strategy here being employed and I do believe this is legitimate. But, the deal is not done. Its still in the works.

And that prospectus means nothing until its finalized. However, it is promising.
