The thing that blows my mind is carnes and how long it took to get yo this point .

Why not just sell the shell leaving him in a position to guarantee it isnt bought to be used as a share selling scheme

Instead they structured a complex deal that really isn't consummated until tradition insiders are bought out and Carnes pays 28 million for tradition

Until all of that is completed the deal isn't complete

So no one is gonna come in with a 100 million and take a gamble driving the stock up atm

I'm still waiting for anyone to come up with a better reason why this languishes and so far I've not seen it
