problem with the structure is it could be used as toxic debt too if used like we see now. buy short position and sink price. look all over otc and you will see the emerging pattern of hijacking of symbols for persons or groups to manipulate pricing to fool us and line their pockets with ups and downs created to control the pps for best effect.
