Also, let me add that at times, when I’m writing my thoughts, i tend to bottleneck and I don’t complete the whole sentence or thought because I was already moving to the next. So, for clarity. When I mentioned Subs of Subs and directing to the Filings. I meant in Physical Form in one way or another and various types of agreements they( the Entities) are there Separately. Not the Wording, “Subs of Subs.” together.
That would be in COMPLETE VIOLATION of, U.S. Government and State Rules and Regulations. Not to mention, other SEC and SRO Rules and Regulations.
Adding what you explain as a process of being able to conduct business, this all makes sense.
Sorry I didn’t attend Harvard, Columbia, Yale, MIT or George Mason Universities to be Educated or have a Degree to understand the process right away. Trust me, I would have Loved to attend school, but I was too Busy Working a Business, became a Target and got Distracted trying not to get Killed. I really, really, really tried Pivoting and Circumventing against any and all Obstacles, but there’s one Wall I cannot Hurdle and that is Law. Still, I move forward and manage to have the Series 7 and 63 books in front of me. So I’m piecing this all together with the Filings and then researching it on my own like a Real Life, ”BROKERAGE SUDOKU.”
