alm, nice to hear from you again. ILT deserves all of the credit for raising the issue. I merely confirmed the correctness of his brilliant point. Such a lawsuit is not without obstacles and pitfalls, and is far from a guarantee of success. But nothing risked nothing gained.

The fact remains that Standing and the one-year Rule 60 time limit are not obstacles. The upside is through the roof. Morality supports the justness of the cause, because as things stand now, a fraud upon the court has been allowed to stand.
