You realize, of course, the response you received from MHRA, if true, would make NWBO’s comment, that commercial MIA authorization is a prerequisite for an MAA submission, a fiction.

As I have been saying since June: NWBO waiting to file a request for MAA until after MIA is in the top 5 can kicking.

Btw on the subject of LP stating at the ASM that MIA is a prerequisite to file a REQUEST for MAA, then you should also acknowledge that NWBO did NOT encounter the problem they should file a request for MAA to get MIA for Advent. Or they are not aware of it which makes it worse and they can wait for MIA until hell freezes over or LP was unaware of this rule and made a mistake saying what she said. In any case NWBO did not file for MAA prior to ASM to get MIA (if indeed that the rule).
