Why would you go to such negative suggestions when nothing of the sort seems at all likely. The acquisition took place in mid-2020. He has been there for years working on and giving them his expertise. I can’t imagine that given his ownership of shares he is not also continuing to be available should they require him on a consulting basis. What interest would he have to sabotage his work and his equity? Seems like a ridiculous leap.
