Yes. This had been a problem for many inexperienced biotech investors and speculators. We have an excellent physician posting here who humorously calls the animal models "mouse-heimers", which is itself an exaggeration, since the models present only a fraction of the theorized actual, complex AD pathology, and in a non-human context.

Our (and other) S1 agonists have shown really encouraging preclinical results in these models. It's great to see. We're now trying our drugs in the clinic, which is very exciting. But most fail here.
