“Raising cash with shares at 30 cents” - you didn’t read the filings, if did you wouldn’t post nonsense like this. They can sell shares at any price, so if the price is $1, APSI can choose to sell at .97 and so on. Also, they can’t sell 30 million shares in one shot - this is a deal over 2 years and lastly, Platinum can’t own over 4.9% at any given time which is 830k shares (according to current OS) so that’s the most APSI can sell and then have to wait until Platinum sells the shares - if platinum decides to keep the shares and sell way higher, APSI can’t do anything about it. I doubt someone would make a deal to get shares in exchange for their money just to lose it.

Big money ain’t having anything to with it but big money just made a deal for 10 million dollars! LOL!
