Raising cash with shares at 30 cents

I know for a fact , that no one was expecting the market reaction this was given when the deal was made public.

I again attribute it to the as they say , the devil is in the details . And big money is smarter than I am , and they ain't having anything to do with it at the moment

Obviously they see stuff they don't like
