So my major peeve with management has been their refusal to concede that AMRN's first contract legal council missed the fraud. To then pursue the case that Marjac had put together for us. Without any explanation in light of AMRN being asked to do it, I see no path forward for the parasites. Actions speak louder than words.
I see an opportunity should Denner take control to pursue it. We lost on standing, but not the fraud allegation. The Judges claim they had a problem with the party. Ok, we substitute for the appropriate party!!! Fraud has no statute of limitations, if I'm correct? I do recall a one year deadline referenced at Margac's oral, which we had filed within that window. I wonder if that same rule applies to what I'm suggesting should be pursued? I absolutely believe that Denner would not have turned his back at the time, but rather jump through hoops for the opportunity. Nonetheless, I don't know about time limitations. If it's not late, why the hell not?
