Here are the FACTS...like it or not

Biel was created by two Accountants. Who are/were of questionable integrity, (politely stated)

Biel has existed for well over 20+ years.

BIEL, PURPORTEDLY created a breakthrough -- GIZMO -- to do who knows what. Take away pain? Rebuild injuries? WHATEVER.... TOTAL BS.

This CONCEPT was touted internationally. (pay attention )

BIEL bought "AWARDS" in the UK though advertising $'s (I'll give you some unheard of AWARD for your AD dollars )..... and
BOOTS pharmacy took ACTIPATCH in with shelf space.

Having failed to support itself in sales, BOOTS booted BIEL.

This became a recurring theme.

The RAH RAH investor sect continued saying---"IF ONLY FDA CLARENCE" was given....and then .. .TO THE MOON!

Well, that clearance came in 2/2016 and there was a run up of the stock to still micro penny levels, but some made some $'s speculating ;)~
and there was another bite in the 2017-2018 period all inconsequential to a viable stock or product.
Since then the company has laid PROSTATE to the alter of possibility--innuendo-and lies...trying to find a niche of low intellect/ newbie buyers to bilk into buying the hype!

It has failed miserably.
Moreover the disposition of the surviving principle owner ( KELLY ) has included some questionable STOCK AND DEBT deals with wholly owned LLC's, ( IBEX LLC and ST. JOHNS LLC ) and purported relationship with the EX-IM bank on supposed " Loan Guarantees", non of which has been substantiated to date.

The foregoing is but a scratch of 20+ years of deceit, fraud, immoral, if in fact not ILLEGAL self enrichment at shareholder expensive, and now that I have RETURNED POSTING, I can confidently say this OTC SCAM will be splayed open and done.

Further there have been "RUMORS" of supposed sales and contracts for sales in a variety on DEMOGRAPHICS .....world wide, NONE of which have proven to be valid or fruitful. NONE----NOT ONE. IN OTHER Words Total BULLSHIT LIE.

Now we have a SHELL run by Kelly Whelan and a few "IN DEEP" investors trying to make themselves whole at the expense of docile current investors, and the prospect of NEW money.....which will hang them in permanency.
