well who in heck is to blame for this diluted polluted TOMDF share count atrocity...?

it's certainly not TOMDF shareholders that deal with the seedy underworld ilk toxic death spiral financiers - correct...?

and it's surely not the TOMDF the shareholders fault that Gerald went out and hand-solicited these dirty deals which decimate & destroyed the value of their shares - is it...?

I'm guessing toxic death-spiral convertibles and serial dilution don't seem to bother you....?
