A logical conclusion is the company is not lying, because if they are the company would face investigations and multiple law suits; and Missling's name, professional career, and standing in the biotech world would be ruined. His stock and options would be nearly worthless.

The odds overwhelmingly indicating the company is telling the truth.

Anavex is saying WGT.
Are they lying? I don't think so.
