If Retacell is soooo amazing why wouldn't Movychem have other suitors?

Xeriant needs to raise $3M minimum to pay Movychem $2M, and the financiers $1M of the borrowed $3M.

S-1 says Xeriant is looking to raise $10M.

Xeriant has until March 15th to do so.

Of the remaining $7M if the total $10M is even raised for Xeriant by Maxim, then that's $1M for financing and $6M to pay off the Auctus Note, not including the additional Note default penalties Xeriant will continuebto owe Auctus..

No S-1 money at all for an XTI Aircraft merger.

So Xeriant's 3rd default of the Auctus Note seems imminent come March 15th, 2023.

Movychem is getting all this free advertising by Xeriant.
