LG, the P&A is not a public document.There was a different one and which is not public just like Restated and Amended Liquidating Trust Agreement.FDIC put WMB for auction and JPM submitted a bid $1.888 B for acquiring $180B deposits and certain other assets and liabilities of WMB.Did they pay the liabilities on the books and records?.Who is taking care of the accounting?.FDIC?.When will it end?.Can it continue forever?.If it can continue forever without any legal implications,why not they continue forever?.WMILT is doing the same like FDIC and the courts are favorable to them.
