The requirements to uplist are easily to find, Alan. And Regen is no where near qualifying for any of them. Those who are buying into the uplisting smoke screen are fooling themselves. Koos never had any intention of uplisting. Doing so would put more regulatory scrutiny on him. That's something he doesn't want.

The biggest issue is what has always been the case and that is the ability to fund any meaningful clinical trials should he get FDA IND approval to start.

He has already failed once with HemaX. And he'll fail again because NO LEGIT Biotech or BP funds IP of a small, one man run, dysfunctional OTC biotech.

Why do you think that no one to date has partnered with Regen to fund their IP?

Many threw their money away and bought into the false hype of a pinky stinky scam stock.

All the warning signs were there. Heck, I personally pointed people to the info yet when one has $$$$ in their eyes thinking of the quick score, one ignores facts and reality.
