IMO, there should only be two ways to vote.

Bonefield absentee ballots, issued for a limited number reasons, upon application by registered voters

In person voting, on paper ballots at designated polling places. Declare a National holiday, for voting. Photo ID required!!!. The intent of anything else is to facilitate voter fraud.

If a voter is sick, on election day---get well and vote in the next election.
