No legacy auto doesn't and more. There is simply more legacy auto on the roads, varied in age and condition, driven by a wide range of skill sets. Meanwhile Teslas are driven by individuals that are 10x less likely to die in a car accident...but so many die due to Teslas going out of control.

I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.
