And I am surprised that this TM has the balls to get on twitter and claim no dilution coming, and since that post, and his other post about protecting shareholders, he has issued another 47m shares.

I'm also wondering if the reason they had the T/A 'gagged' for over a month was because he didn't want anybody to see the 47m issuance.

Now he has is ass up in the air for a lawsuit.
