Retinadoc, Should management win I would think they would end up
doing a reverse stock split and a dilutive capital raise. I do not trust
the BOD PWO & KM have assembled. They are the epitome of yes-men
and sycophants. Still cannot understand why any poster here would be
pro management. Oh well, that is their right. Too bad that this greatly
beneficial medication has been laid to waste by a truly incompetent
management team. The solution to the problem remains the same...
Selling the company to a motivated big pharma.
