I think the CEO is a "F you then" kind of person and should make the payment and get some hype where I will be happy with .18 but will negotiate to .07 or less if need be.

If it can get to a dollar and the news looks good enough let's ride it, but in 10 years no matter what a 100,000 dollar investment now will be worth a penny even if the stock is $200 per share then.
