Thanks Ziploc...... that's what drives me crazy though is that AMRN hasn't mentioned anything about MND-2119..... we the shareholders have. We don't know for certain do we if AMRN has the rights to this product.

Assuming we do, they should say SOMETHING about it. I would be SHOCKED if they were actually doing something with it and not saying anything for competitive and strategic reasons. If it's a new patent for us but still classified as new and improved Icosaphent Ethyl then generics will still infringe as Dr's will write a prescription for Vascepa2.0 and it would be filled by generic Icosaphent Ethyl. If they've given up on the US market then I guess there's no reason to pursue this but if they haven't given up, then I'm missing something here.
