…guys $INPX March 6th dividend free shares in KINZ….a SPAC scenario playing out here with tiny float under 7 mil.
For every share of INPX you own by March 6th…you get ONE share of KINZ, a ticker/company that they are spinning off and capitalizing by doing this. KINZ will get the indoor spatial Patent just granted too btw…..
All we have to do is own some INPX shares…for a Dividend that is immense …as a great divy usually is around 10% …but here if you were to buy INPX shares around todays price of $1.30, say you bought 10,000… well you would get 10,000 new and free KINZ shares while keeping all your 10,000 INPX shares…..KINZ shares then 90% locked for 180 days but 10% you can sell right away.
So even if KINZ goes down 90% to around a dollar average for when you decide to sell ..some soon as you can, some when 180 days is up…some after that……you are looking at around a 90% Dividend on the $10,0000 INPX shares you bought…which is of course unheard of……
Even better? You still maintain all your INPX shares…so w the INPX Float so small under 7 mil….what do YOU think may also happen to INPX share price up and into and after March 6th? Well there could be a giant short squeeze in this time, as INPX ha s been shorted into year lows, and every share of INPX has to be accounted for by March 6th for the 1 to 1 divy…..so all shorts and naked short shares from now…until then…have to buy back in…..and IF the chart is telling us anything right now since this announcement Monday…then INPX may be on verge at some point in the next couple weeks…for a massive short squeeze if enough simply buy and hold.
And i guess who wouldnt at least be interested in buying shares of INPX w all the above? There are millions of traders, investors and day traders out there…if just 7,000 traders bought and held only 1,000 shares each….even if tens of thousands of others are flipping it which they are….thats 7,000,000 million held shares and there is no Float and boooooooom! …so if not in wait for next dip perhaps and consider buying some for the free KINZ shares and the possible ensuing pps squeeze whether buy shorts covering or just simple supply and demand; not often free shares/divys are given out like this w stock so cheap near a dolla.
