Duyrowndd The banks are looking for some quick cash as the CD rates for 1& 2 yr are higher than the longer term 4 & 5 year, I’ll wait for 5% long term ,it will come and I’ll jump on that at 5% no risk cash flow , ,yeah wages are going up but products are going up faster and higher, not goooood, over a year+ I got into two energy funds for monthly Divs for cash flow and doing well, I hold paper on two banks that for now are kicking my arsh for now ,but they will come around , hold on boys and girls, you ain’t seen shet yet, I hope I’m wrong for the younger families and would be happy if I am but ,she don’t look that way for a few more years
