Good morning people-Those who thought a soft landing on inflation can kiss that goodbye, more, more rates increases , and 5% CD’s are here on one year CD’s , The Philly fed came in at negative 24%+ , was expected at -7+% yowww , housing new starts down 2+% hold on boys and girls ,it’s going to be a very bumpy ride for sure this year and possibly into next year
