My take on the presentation of the odds ratio was an attempt by the company to show that some subjects improved over base line in addition to showing the rate of decline was slowed for the entire treatment group.

Apparently that attempt has not been well received.

After multiple attempts to reverse calculate the number of improved subjects several different ways I keep coming up with numbers around 16 for the placebo and around 55 for the treatment group.

I feel moderately confident that the numbers are in that neighborhood. we will see when the company published more data how close those estimates are.
