Oh, he has a plan alright. He's had a plan for years. Problem is his plan doesn't work and he kept on trying to make it work. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. By that definition, Koos is insane, no?

What even more sad is that so many seem to think he has a plan that will work when we have over a decade of hard evidence from him to show he is 100% incompetent in actually delivering results. What he is good at is using the structure of a public OTC company to help him live the lifestyle he wants of boats and Italian sports cars.
