GC puts out a press release (which really results in nothing) in the hopes of being able to dilute shares into the market by selling to the poor souls who read the PR and think the company has something good up their sleeve.

Did it with Provista
Did it with talk of EUA's.
Did it with talk of how flag football will raise SP.
Did it with hiring two loser reps.
Did it with talk of selling gummy bears.
Did it with the purchase of Texas facility.
Did it with talk of a 50 million vending machine contract that hasn't even raised 50 cents.
Did it with talk of great Tollovid sales that never materialize.
Did it with the monkeypox test that brought in next to zero revenue.
Did it with the promise of a successful crowdfunding campaign that went nowhere.

So now the SP will recover slightly for a day or two only to eventually die and start on its continual downward trajectory.
