Agreed. I think my only point is that you want to ensure as much continuity in leadership as possible if you are really planning a sale in the next 18 months or less. Too much turnover can be a disaster for a company. Which isn't a big deal if you are a going concern.

Realistically, I think Denner's top concern is getting PWO out, and gaining board representation. I don't think it was ever his stated goal to push out management. Of course, if it appears that KM was very anti-Sarissa, then he might have no choice. But to be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if KM is secretly welcoming Sarissa.
